Please get the chop from office for the poster as authorization.

Keep all the receipt for claims.

Posters are to be printed in black and white.

Learn A Word A Day Guideline

Each team select 5 words to be updates on the white board in the foyer.

Members are suggested to look for words which are rare.

Softcopy suggested format:

Font size : 12

Spacing: 1.5

Font: Times New Roman

Pronunciation : (Write the phonetics)

Meaning: Calmly satisfied with ourselves, one’s work.

Example: We must not be complacent about our achievement, there is still a lot to be done.

Contents : Free, as long as it is informational and benefits the reader, add in pictures to make it interesting.

On the poster, make sure you have the following logos. UKM logo on top left, ESZKUO logo on top middle and KUO logo on top left.
